For individuals unable to devote the needed time to the planning aspects of the event.

- Initial one hour complementary consultation with couple
- Review and negotiate vendor contracts
- Assist with selection and booking of venues
- Arrange appointments with vendors (accompany client as needed)
- Event Design, theme, decor concept
- Assist with all aspects of planning (menu, cake, favors, invitations etc)
- RSVP tracking (assembling invitations and postage are extra)
- Unlimited meetings with clients and vendors
- Unlimited communication via phone and/or email
- Assist with guest accommodations
- Plan event itinerary
- Distribution of itinerary to bridal party and vendors
- Distribution of final payments to vendors
- Final site(s) walk through
- Serve as a liaison with facilities and vendors
- Assist with rehearsal dinner location and arrangements
- Confirm and Finalize with Facilities and Vendors prior to event

Champagne and Roses Event PlanningPackage
For individuals who have done some or most of the planning, but want to enjoy themselves without worrying about the details.

Includes:
- 20 hours of in person consultation
- Unlimited communication via phone and/or email
- RSVP tracking
- Assistance with various aspects of the event as needed.
- Final coordination (includes wedding rehearsal, overseeing and managing all aspects of your event.)
